10AM
If time was not linear in its movement, we could live our best lives.
I find this world limiting.
Two dimensional.
the ripples
of a stone of the surface
as
a pebble moves through water.
I like to watch people
in restaurants,
when they think they’re alone.
Have you ever seen someone cry
at 10AM
on a cold Saturday morning?
I wish I could step into
last Thursday,
before soft electrical pulses
stopped
and human lives slipped into the stream.
I’d spend holidays
in the memory of beaches
halfway around the world,
throwing pebbles across the surface
of the sea,
at 10AM
on a Saturday morning.
